Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Solutions Architect

We are currently working with a key client of ours who are seeking a French-speaking, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Functional Solutions Architect to join the team.

This would be on an initial 12-month contract based in France with some on-site requirements and the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry best practices, and scalability for future growth.
2. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.
3. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules to meet specific business needs, leveraging your expertise in areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
4. Implementation Management: Lead and oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful deployment.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients, project teams, and senior stakeholders to provide guidance, address concerns, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate solution functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and project teams, empowering them to effectively utilize and maintain Dynamics 365 F&O solutions post-implementation.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies related to Dynamics 365 F&O, recommending enhancements and optimizations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including hands-on experience with solution design, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and/or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Dynamics 365 F&O projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent are highly desirable.
