Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager

Location: Paris, France (Primarily Remote with On-Site Travel)

Position Overview: In the role of Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager with Account Management Experience, you will be instrumental in driving successful project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our Paris-based client. This is a long-term freelance position that offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional on-site travel as required by the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead end-to-end project management for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, upgrades, and customization projects.

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for the client, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business needs.

Communicate project progress, milestones, and potential risks to both internal teams and the client.

Account Management:

Understand the client\'s strategic goals and actively contribute to the development of technology solutions that align with their business objectives.

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and features to enhance the client\'s Dynamics 365 F&O experience.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts, to ensure cohesive project execution.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client needs and challenges effectively.

Quality Assurance:

Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that delivered solutions meet or exceed client expectations.

Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O functionalities, configurations, and customization.

Previous experience in client-facing roles with a focus on account management.

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
