Key Requirements:

• Expertise & Domain Knowledge

  • Extensive application experience in D365FO, specifically: Inventory, WMS, and Transport modules

  • Strong, independent business understanding of these areas

• Location & Language

  • Based in the Oslo Greater Area

  • Proficient in a Scandinavian language

• Advisory & Consulting Capability

  • Confident advisor able to guide clients through implementations

  • Skilled in presenting decision options with clarity and structure

  • Facilitates quick decision-making and provides clear recommendations

  • Strong consulting competence beyond pure advisory—hands-on and execution-oriented

• Availability & Travel

  • 100% engagement for 18–24 months

  • Onsite presence in Oslo 2–3 days/week until summer 2026

  • Able to dedicate 100% (min. 80%) of capacity from 17 Nov 2025 – summer 2026

  • Fully flexible for travel without restrictions
