Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in manufacturing processes (discrete, process, lean)
• Hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 SCM Production module
• Knowledge of BOMs, routes, production orders, and operations scheduling
• Experience with master planning (MRP) and capacity planning
• Understanding of inventory and warehouse integration with production
• Ability to configure and support end-to-end production processes in D365
• Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution design, and workshops
• Ability to produce functional/technical documentation (FDD/TDD)
• Basic awareness of X++ / D365 extensions and data migration tools (nice to have)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good problem-solving and consulting mindset
• Typically 3–8+ years’ experience in D365 SCM or AX manufacturing environments
