Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, specifically Warehouse Management (WMS)
- Proven involvement in end-to-end implementations of D365 WMS (design, configuration, testing, go-live)
- Deep functional knowledge of warehouse processes:
- Inbound (receiving, put-away)
- Outbound (picking, packing, shipping)
- Inventory control and cycle counting
- Hands-on experience configuring:
- Location directives
- Work templates
- Wave processing
- Mobile device menus (RF scanners)
- Understanding of advanced warehouse features:
- License plate tracking
- Cross-docking
- Batch/serial tracking
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into WMS solutions
- Experience with warehouse integrations (e.g., automation systems, barcode/RF devices)
- Familiarity with data migration and testing strategies
- Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps for tracking and issue management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work with operations teams on-site
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI for warehouse insights
- Experience supporting UAT, training end users, and post-go-live support
- Good understanding of supply chain processes beyond warehousing (procurement, inventory, logistics)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in D365 Supply Chain or WMS (preferred)
