Key Requirements:

• Spanish-speaking (English proficiency not critical).

• Strong expertise in data modelling, data quality, data mapping, and transformation rules.

• Ability to understand end-to-end business processes and translate them into structured data needs with BPOs.

• Capability to challenge and refine business requirements to ensure data consistency and feasibility.

• Proven experience managing the data migration stream as a project (timeline, risks, reporting, governance).

• Solid knowledge of migration cycles, including mock runs, functional validation, and cutover activities.

• Proficiency in data extraction and loading scripts, as well as data management tools (advanced Excel, D365, etc.).

• Ability to lead workshops, coordinate business teams, and arbitrate priorities effectively.

• Strong rigor in defect management, data traceability, and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
