Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant

Type: Freelance/Contract (12-Month Engagement, with Potential Extension)

Client: Danish Manufacturing End Client

Location: Remote working with occasional travel (Scandinavian region) at the start of the project

Language Requirements: Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)

Overview:

Our client, a leading Danish Manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant to join their project team on a freelance/contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation and integration of Dynamics 365 F&O SCM solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and meeting the specific needs of our client.

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Configuration:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 F&O SCM solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules to meet client specifications.

1. Implementation and Integration:

• Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O SCM, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end project delivery.

1. Functional Support:

• Provide functional support during the project lifecycle, addressing issues, and ensuring optimal system performance.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption of new solutions.

1. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality of deliverables.

1. Documentation:

• Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant, with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules and related technologies.
• Experience with solution design, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Prior experience in the Manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
• Flexibility for occasional travel within the Scandinavian region, particularly at the start of the project.
• Availability to start the engagement in January - February 2024.
