Key Requirements:

• Several years of experience working as an IT Architect, Solution Architect, or in a similar architectural role
• Strong understanding of both on-premise and cloud-based architectures
• Solid knowledge of business processes and enterprise technical platforms
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and solutions
• Practical experience within Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks and methodologies, with a desire to further develop in this area
• Ability to balance long-term strategic architectural vision with pragmatic, business-focused solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
