• Ability to define integration strategy, standards, and best practices across the enterprise

• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and workflow orchestration

• Skilled at identifying technical risks, solving complex problems, and ensuring system reliability

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams

• Proficient in documentation, architecture diagrams, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience with security, compliance, and performance considerations in integration design

• Ability to mentor teams and guide integration delivery across multiple projects
