Key Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
  • Strong configuration and implementation expertise across the Learning module.
  • Proven experience delivering Greenfield SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementations.
  • Excellent understanding of Learning Management processes and best practices.
  • Experience configuring and managing:
    • Curricula
    • Assignment Profiles
    • Learning Assignments
    • Certification Processes
    • Learning Administration
    • User & Role Management
  • Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Learning with Employee Central.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
  • Experience working with APIs and integration technologies.
  • Proven experience delivering international SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Ability to analyse and resolve complex configuration and integration issues.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Lead within SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting experience.
  • Ability to lead workshops, mentor consultants, and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification is highly desirable.
