Key Requirements: 

• Fluent German and strong English (spoken and written) – essential.
• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Work Zone (Standard or Advanced Edition).
• Proven experience designing and implementing Digital Workplace solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Excellent understanding of Employee Experience (EX) and portal architecture.
• Experience configuring Spaces, Pages, Launchpad Services, and Content Management.
• Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
• Experience with SAP Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
• Knowledge of integrating SAP Work Zone with external Identity Providers (IdPs).
• Strong understanding of role-based security and authorization concepts.
• Customer-facing consulting experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently lead complex technical implementation projects.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile project environments.
• SAP Work Zone and/or SAP BTP certifications are highly desirable.
