Key Requirements:

• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Copilot solutions for business workflows.

• Solid understanding of M365 ecosystem, security, compliance, and governance best practices.

• Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into AI-driven solutions, and provide change management guidance.

• Skilled in troubleshooting, user adoption, training, and post-implementation support.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with IT, business stakeholders, and end users.
