Key Requirements: 

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI for building dashboards, reports, and data models
• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating advanced calculations and measures
• Strong knowledge of Power Query (M language) for data transformation and shaping
• Experience in developing interactive and visually effective dashboards for business users
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and querying relational databases
• Experience working with data sources such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, APIs, Excel, and cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of data modelling (star schema, relationships, fact/dimension tables)
• Experience in performance optimisation of Power BI reports and datasets
• Knowledge of data governance, security roles, and row-level security (RLS)
• Experience integrating Power BI with cloud services like Microsoft Azure (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory)
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions
• Experience in deploying and managing reports using Power BI Service (workspaces, gateways, refresh schedules)
• Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to work with stakeholders and gather reporting requirements
• Experience in end-to-end BI lifecycle (data ingestion → modelling → visualization → deployment)
• Power BI certification (preferred)
