Key Requirements:

• Expert-level product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design across complex digital products

• Deep user-centered design expertise, including user research, journey mapping, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions

• Strong product thinking, with the ability to translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into elegant design solutions

• Leadership and mentorship skills, guiding and elevating other designers while setting a high bar for design quality

• Strategic design capability, influencing product vision, roadmap, and long-term experience strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders

• Exceptional UX and interaction design skills, with a strong command of information architecture, flows, and complex systems

• High level of visual design craft, including typography, layout, color, and component-based design systems

• Experience owning and evolving design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products

• Strong collaboration skills, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to communicate and defend design decisions, clearly articulating rationale to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

• Data- and insight-driven mindset, using qualitative and quantitative inputs to iterate and improve experiences

• Accessibility and inclusive design expertise, with a solid understanding of WCAG standards and best practices

• Comfort operating in ambiguity, independently defining problems, shaping solutions, and driving clarity
