Key Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience, preferably gained in the tourism sector or consulting firms, focused on Salesforce system integration and customization within Order Management and CRM domains.

Proven experience in medium to large-scale IT projects.

Strong technical skills in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.

Specific experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Talend (certifications and/or knowledge of Mobile Publisher are a plus).

Proficiency with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and version control systems.

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST web services and APIs.

Solid understanding of requirements gathering, technical/functional analysis, integration design, and business process definition in the Order Management and CRM areas.

Strong communication skills and ability to understand both business and IT complexities.

Good command of English (written and spoken).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
