Key Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience, preferably gained in the tourism sector or consulting firms, focused on Salesforce system integration and customization within Order Management and CRM domains.

• Proven experience in medium to large-scale IT projects.

• Strong technical skills in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.

• Specific experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Talend (certifications and/or knowledge of Mobile Publisher are a plus).

• Proficiency with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and version control systems.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST web services and APIs.

• Solid understanding of requirements gathering, technical/functional analysis, integration design, and business process definition in the Order Management and CRM areas.

• Strong communication skills and ability to understand both business and IT complexities.

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
