Key Requirements:

• Strong SAP FICO Expertise: Proven experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, and Profit Center Accounting.

• End-to-End Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

• Integration Knowledge: Understanding of SAP integration with SD, MM, and HR modules.

• Business Process Expertise: Ability to analyze, design, and optimize financial and controlling processes.

• Configuration Skills: Experience in SAP FICO configuration, master data setup, chart of accounts, posting rules, and reporting structures.

• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Strong troubleshooting skills for functional and process-related issues.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with finance teams, business users, and IT teams effectively.

• Documentation & Testing: Skilled in writing functional specifications, test scripts, and supporting UAT.

• Compliance & Reporting Knowledge: Familiarity with IFRS/local accounting standards and statutory reporting.

• SAP Certification (Optional): SAP FICO certification is preferred but not mandatory.
