Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Oracle projects.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle applications (e.g. Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, depending on your environment).
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage users at all levels.
- Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping and requirements elicitation.
- Knowledge of business process improvement and optimisation.
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience producing functional documentation, user stories and process flows.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
