Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Java (Functional Java, Streams), Spring Boot, microservices, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.

• Self-driven, accountable, and reliable, with the ability to contribute effectively from day one.

• Nice to have: experience with Maven, MongoDB, AWS, event-driven architectures, and REST API development.

• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including hands-on experience in Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with continuous integration practices is an advantage.

• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.

• Analytical, open-minded problem solver with a collaborative, proactive mindset.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
