Key Requirements: 

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM) and platform architecture.

• Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.

• Strong expertise in solution design, process mapping, CMDB design, and data migration.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, SSO, LDAP, and MID servers.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

• Proven ability to lead implementations, engage stakeholders, and mentor teams.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS or module-specific certifications preferred.
