• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

• Ability to translate business requirements into visually appealing, functional solutions.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and configuring UI components using Flow Designer or APIs.

• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow branding, themes, and portal optimization.
