Key Requirements:
- Fluent German and strong English (spoken and written) – essential.
- Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Broad knowledge across the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
- Strong understanding of the relationships and integrations between SuccessFactors modules.
- Proven experience designing enterprise HR solution architectures.
- Experience integrating:
- SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP solutions
- Third-party applications
- Strong knowledge of modern cloud and integration architecture.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
- Experience working with APIs and other integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and complex business systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading customer workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture discussions.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting experience.
- Ability to define scalable, best-practice SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business requirements.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
