Key Requirements:
- Proven 5 years experience delivering complex technology and business transformation projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of both technical and functional business requirements, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience managing full project lifecycles, from initiation and planning through to delivery and post-implementation support.
- Ability to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk management skills.
- Experience managing project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to identify and resolve project issues, risks, and blockers.
- Experience overseeing system implementations, integrations, upgrades, or digital transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Experience facilitating workshops, requirement sessions, and project governance meetings.
