Key Requirements: 

  • Fluent German and good English (spoken and written) – essential.
  • Several years of experience delivering:
    • Training sessions
    • Workshops
    • Learning and development programmes
  • Proven experience designing and developing engaging training materials and learning formats.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Experience using digital learning platforms and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to explain complex technical or business topics clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
  • Experience delivering both online and hybrid training programmes.
  • Independent, organised, and structured approach to work.
  • Ability to adapt training content to suit different learning styles and business needs.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and user adoption initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience working within SAP or enterprise transformation programmes is advantageous.
