Key Requirements:

Proven experience implementing and supporting Workday Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Time Tracking

Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configurations, and security framework

Experience gathering requirements, translating business needs into Workday configurations, and delivering end-to-end solutions

Ability to configure and maintain Absence plans, Time Tracking rules, Compensation cycles, and eligibility rules

Experience with Workday reporting, including custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards

Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle

Experience supporting integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance)

Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide effective solutions

Experience supporting Workday releases, testing, and regression activities

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

Workday certifications in Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, or Time Tracking are a strong advantage
