Key Requirements: 

 

  • Proven experience implementing and supporting Workday Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Time Tracking

  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configurations, and security framework

  • Experience gathering requirements, translating business needs into Workday configurations, and delivering end-to-end solutions

  • Ability to configure and maintain Absence plans, Time Tracking rules, Compensation cycles, and eligibility rules

  • Experience with Workday reporting, including custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards

  • Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle

  • Experience supporting integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance)

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide effective solutions

  • Experience supporting Workday releases, testing, and regression activities

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

  • Workday certifications in Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, or Time Tracking are a strong advantage
