About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday FINS Integration Lead for a six-month, fully remote contract. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials integrations, supporting the design, development and delivery of integration solutions within the Workday ecosystem.

This role is suited to an integration specialist with a solid understanding of Workday Financial Management and the ability to lead integration activities, troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

French language skills and relevant Workday certifications would be advantageous but are not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration and implementation of Workday Financials integrations.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Workday Financial Management and third-party systems.

• Utilise Workday integration tools, including EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors and Workday APIs.

• Analyse integration requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot, test and resolve integration issues to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.

• Support integration testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure integrations meet performance, security and data quality requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and support across Workday Financials integration activities.

Essential Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials (FINS) integrations.

• Proven experience designing, building and supporting Workday integrations.

• Practical experience with Workday integration tools, such as EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors and APIs.

• Strong understanding of integration architecture, data mapping and transformation.

• Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues and supporting testing and deployment.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed project teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Availability to commit to a six-month contract.

Desirable Skills

• Relevant Workday certifications.

• French language proficiency.

• Experience working on Workday Financials implementations, enhancements or integration projects.
