Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Workday, across at least one module

• Strong interest in Workday and HR/people systems, with a commitment to continuously developing expertise

• Ability to translate functional business requirements into effective system configurations and enhancements

• Analytical and structured problem-solver, with the ability to investigate issues thoroughly and deliver practical solutions

• High attention to detail and quality when managing system configurations, data integrity, and process changes

• Comfortable working independently within an agile, cross-functional environment, balancing day-to-day support with project-based initiatives

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with additional HRIS platforms is considered an advantage
