Key Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Workday, across at least one module

Strong interest in Workday and HR/people systems, with a commitment to continuously developing expertise

Ability to translate functional business requirements into effective system configurations and enhancements

Analytical and structured problem-solver, with the ability to investigate issues thoroughly and deliver practical solutions

High attention to detail and quality when managing system configurations, data integrity, and process changes

Comfortable working independently within an agile, cross-functional environment, balancing day-to-day support with project-based initiatives

Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with additional HRIS platforms is considered an advantage
