Workday Integration Finance Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Finance Consultant with a strong background in Workday Financial Management and financial systems integration. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience delivering Workday integrations within the Finance domain, with hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and host-to-host integration solutions.

Experience working on Workday implementation projects within the financial services or banking sectors is essential, alongside a strong understanding of integration security, data transformation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure integrations within Workday Financial Management.

• Build and maintain host-to-host integrations using FTP/SFTP and web services.

• Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).

• Configure and manage integrations using SOAP and REST web services.

• Work with XML, JSON and XSLT to support data transformation and integration requirements.

• Support Workday implementation projects within the Finance domain, ensuring integrations meet business and technical requirements.

• Perform integration testing, troubleshoot technical issues and resolve data processing errors.

• Ensure integrations adhere to security best practices and data protection requirements.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation and support integration deployment and ongoing improvements.

Essential Requirements

• Workday Integration Consultant (Core) certification.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Workday integrations within the Finance domain.

• Strong knowledge of Workday Financial Management.

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).

• Proven experience creating and configuring host-to-host integrations, particularly FTP/SFTP and web services.

• Experience working with SOAP and REST APIs.

• Proficiency in XML, JSON and XSLT.

• Experience supporting Workday implementation projects within the financial services or banking sectors.

• Understanding of integration security best practices.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
