About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple projects within a Workday product environment.

This role will focus on managing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery, DevSecOps and SaaS environments, alongside excellent stakeholder management skills. Deep technical knowledge of Workday is not required, but experience working with ERP or similar enterprise systems would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple small projects within the Workday product group.

• Report directly to the Workday Product Group Owner, providing regular updates on project progress, risks and milestones.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Technology to align project objectives and priorities.

• Apply Agile methodologies to support effective project planning, execution and delivery.

• Coordinate activities across technical, functional and business teams.

• Support delivery within SaaS, low-code/no-code and DevSecOps environments.

• Manage project timelines, resources, dependencies and potential risks.

• Facilitate project meetings, track actions and ensure clear communication between stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress using appropriate project management tools, including Jira where applicable.

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and ways of working.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within ERP, SaaS or enterprise technology environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.

• Experience working within DevSecOps environments and/or low-code/no-code technology projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior business leaders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across HR, Finance and Technology.

• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage project risks, dependencies and delivery expectations.

• Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience working within a Workday environment.

• Experience using Jira for project tracking and Agile delivery.

• Exposure to ERP platforms or adjacent enterprise systems.

• Understanding of SaaS product development and continuous delivery.

• Familiarity with HRIS or Finance technology transformation projects.
