Key Requirements:

• Proven background as a Data Architect or Azure Cloud Solutions Architect

• Hands-on experience with key Azure data services, including Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Data Lake, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure Purview

• Deep understanding of data cleansing strategies, master data management (MDM), and enterprise data governance frameworks

• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, and preparedness for Agentic System integration

• Industry exposure to real estate, construction, or asset-heavy environments is a strong advantage

• Comfortable working in remote, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and design scalable, efficient solutions
