Key Requirements: 

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a strong focus on Finance modules.
  • Proven experience as a D365 BC Finance Consultant delivering end-to-end implementations and support projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of core finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective Business Central finance solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, user training, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
  • Ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
