Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a strong focus on Finance modules.
- Proven experience as a D365 BC Finance Consultant delivering end-to-end implementations and support projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of core finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective Business Central finance solutions.
- Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, user training, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
- Ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile project environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
