Key Requirements:
- 3–4+ years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English communication skills
- Strong understanding of finance and logistics business processes
- Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and ERP solution support
- Ability to coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Knowledge of NAV/BC modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory, and Operations
- Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and user support capabilities
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Hybrid working model: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote
- Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with user training, documentation, and process improvement is a plus
