Key Requirements: 

  • 3–4+ years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English communication skills
  • Strong understanding of finance and logistics business processes
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and ERP solution support
  • Ability to coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Knowledge of NAV/BC modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory, and Operations
  • Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts is preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and user support capabilities
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote
  • Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with user training, documentation, and process improvement is a plus
