Key Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its core modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing)
- Strong experience in product ownership or management, including defining product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions
- Experience in stakeholder management, working with business teams, IT, and leadership to align priorities
- Hands-on understanding of ERP processes, system configuration, and workflow optimization
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboards (Business Central reports, Power BI integration)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to work in Scrum or Kanban teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive product enhancements and adoption
- Ability to lead user training, adoption, and change management initiatives
