Key Requirements: 

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its core modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing)
• Strong experience in product ownership or management, including defining product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions
• Experience in stakeholder management, working with business teams, IT, and leadership to align priorities
• Hands-on understanding of ERP processes, system configuration, and workflow optimization
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboards (Business Central reports, Power BI integration)
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to work in Scrum or Kanban teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive product enhancements and adoption
• Ability to lead user training, adoption, and change management initiatives
