Key Requirements:
- Strong project management skills with experience supporting governance, execution, and coordination across multiple workstreams
- Financial acumen: ability to manage project budgets, track costs, and produce accurate financial reports
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including meeting facilitation, minute-taking, and status tracking
- Stakeholder management skills: experience coordinating between teams, leadership, and external parties to ensure timely delivery
- Training and change management experience, including planning, developing materials, and leading end-user adoption initiatives
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Problem-solving and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
