Key Requirements: 

• Advanced German language fluency
• Several years of experience as a Workday consultant within the Workday ecosystem
• Hands-on configuration expertise with strong functional understanding of Workday processes
• Solid experience in HCM Core configuration and support
• Knowledge of additional modules such as Recruiting
• Strong capabilities in reporting and dashboard creation
• Proven skills in troubleshooting, system configuration, and issue resolution
