Key Requirements:

• 5–10 years of proven experience as an HRIS/Data Consultant or Project Manager

• Strong functional expertise in HR data and related processes

• Demonstrated ability in data modeling and structuring, including data dictionaries, business rules, and functional specifications

• Familiarity with the Microsoft data ecosystem, particularly Power BI, is an advantage

• Excellent documentation, formalization, and reporting skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR specialists, controlling teams, and IT stakeholders
