Key Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.), ideally in at least one full implementation

Strong background in data migration and conversion (extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation)

Experience loading data into Workday using EIB, Workday Studio, or Core Connectors

Strong Excel and SQL skills for data analysis and validation

Understanding of HR/Finance business processes and Workday data structures

Ability to create mapping documents and resolve data quality issues

Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data governance principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working on implementation teams

Good communication and documentation skills
