Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV, with a strong focus on finance

• Extensive delivery experience across multiple end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support

• Deep expertise in core financial modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting

• Ability to work fully independently, taking ownership of solutions and decisions without reliance on external guidance or supervision

• Strong functional-to-technical understanding, enabling effective collaboration with developers and translation of business requirements into system solutions

• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills, with a practical, system-close working style

• Trusted advisor to finance stakeholders, capable of engaging confidently with senior management and business owners

• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex finance and system concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset, consistently identifying improvement opportunities and driving them to completion

• Experience with upgrades, migrations, and integrations (e.g., legacy systems, reporting tools, banking interfaces) is a strong advantage

• Exposure to industry-specific finance processes is a plus, though not mandatory
