Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong functional consulting experience across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and/or Field Service modules
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer journey, and business transformation
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Experience leading workshops, stakeholder meetings, and client engagement activities
- Knowledge of integrations with Power Platform, ERP systems, and third-party applications
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Strong configuration skills including workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and security models
- Experience supporting testing, user training, and go-live activities
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and coordinate project deliverables
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
- Microsoft certifications in D365 CE or Power Platform preferred
- Fluent English required
