Key Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Strong functional consulting experience across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and/or Field Service modules
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer journey, and business transformation
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Experience leading workshops, stakeholder meetings, and client engagement activities
  • Knowledge of integrations with Power Platform, ERP systems, and third-party applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
  • Strong configuration skills including workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and security models
  • Experience supporting testing, user training, and go-live activities
  • Ability to mentor junior consultants and coordinate project deliverables
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 CE or Power Platform preferred
  • Fluent English required
