Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV) implementation projects.
• Strong end-to-end project management experience, from discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including Functional Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects, and third-party vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to engage senior business leaders and technical teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops, requirement gathering, and project planning sessions.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Strong understanding of Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Sales, Purchasing, etc.).
• Experience managing change requests, issue resolution, and project governance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Planner.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, testing (UAT), training, and go-live planning.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing project finances and customer expectations.
• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are advantageous.
