About the Role
We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Warehouse Consultant to provide functional expertise across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Warehouse Management.
You will play a key role in supporting the ongoing D365 F&O rollout and implementation at the Plymouth site, working closely with warehouse, logistics and supply chain stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues and optimise existing processes.
You will also work as part of a wider international project team, ensuring the Plymouth implementation remains aligned with the organisation's global D365 template and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across D365 F&O Warehouse Management.
- Support the ongoing D365 F&O rollout and implementation at the Plymouth site.
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics and supply chain stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve functional issues.
- Analyse existing warehouse processes and recommend improvements using D365 best practices.
- Support the configuration, testing and validation of warehouse functionality.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide hands-on solutions.
- Support integration between warehouse processes and wider Supply Chain and Finance functionality.
- Assist with testing, UAT, training and go-live activities where required.
- Work with the wider international project team to ensure consistency with the global D365 template.
- Provide knowledge transfer, guidance and ongoing support to key users and business stakeholders.
- Document requirements, processes and solutions where required.
- Support continuous improvement across warehouse operations and D365 functionality.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong functional experience specifically within Warehouse Management / Supply Chain.
- Proven experience working on D365 F&O implementations or rollouts.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory movements.
- Experience working directly with business users and operational teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a global template or multi-country D365 rollout would be highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong understanding of how warehouse processes interact with wider Supply Chain and Finance functionality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and confidently onsite with the business.
