Key Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in ERP implementation and administration, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; experience in automotive, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries preferred.

• ERP Expertise: Strong knowledge of ERP modules including Accounting/Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Production Planning & Execution, and Quality & Compliance Management.

• Operations Support: Proven ability to support daily operations by resolving end-user issues through solution advisory, debugging, configuration fixes, and development of reports and dashboards.

• Customization & Testing: Experience in preparing technical specifications for customizations, coordinating with developers, testing new functionalities, facilitating user acceptance testing, and conducting user training.

• Data Management: Solid understanding of the Business Central data model, with experience in data migration, updates, and evaluation for integrations.

• System Architecture & Integrations: Hands-on knowledge of Business Central architecture (On-premises / SaaS) and integration with external systems (Web services, API configuration & monitoring, SFTP, etc.).

• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, engaging with cross-functional business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and management.

• Customizations & Security: Experience in implementing app extensions, customizations, license management, and user permission administration.

• Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
