Key Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in functional analysis, application support, or business process improvement within ERP/CRM environments
- Practical domain expertise in at least one of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or CRM
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related ERP/CRM solutions
- Strong analytical thinking with proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear functional and technical documentation
- Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies and project lifecycles
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage
