Key Requirements:
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written) – essential.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
- Expertise across one or more D365 CE modules, such as:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Field Service
- Marketing / Customer Insights
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 CRM implementations.
- Ability to gather, analyse and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience designing solution architecture and best practice CRM implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Knowledge of integrations using Azure, APIs or third-party applications.
- Experience producing functional and/or technical design documentation.
- Ability to lead workshops, mentor consultants and provide technical guidance.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel where required.
