Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience designing, developing, and leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions

• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse integrations

• Deep understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage end-to-end delivery, and set architecture standards

• Experience with customizations, plugins, workflows, and system performance optimization

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative, maintainable solutions
