Key Requirements:

Extensive experience designing, developing, and leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions

Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse integrations

Deep understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage end-to-end delivery, and set architecture standards

Experience with customizations, plugins, workflows, and system performance optimization

Strong collaboration and communication skills with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
