Role Summary
The D365 Commerce Functional Analyst serves as the link between business teams and technical delivery, responsible for gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce to support end-to-end unified commerce operations.

Functional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of unified commerce processes.

• Hands-on experience with D365 Commerce/Retail implementations.

• Understanding of CSU architecture and e-commerce workflows.

• Experience integrating D365 Commerce/Retail with both Microsoft and non-Microsoft portals.
