Location: Remote HOWEVER must be location in either Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland , France or Dubai 

Key Requirements:

• Deep understanding of unified commerce operations, including omnichannel retail, POS, and eCommerce integration.

• Hands-on experience with D365 Commerce / Retail implementations.

• Familiarity with CSU (Commerce Scale Unit), e-commerce workflows, and channel management.

• Experience integrating D365 Commerce/Retail with Microsoft and third-party portals.

• Knowledge of product catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory synchronization across channels.

• Skilled in business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for eCommerce processes.

• Understanding of customer experience, loyalty programs, and digital marketing integration.

• Ability to configure and optimize online storefronts, order management, and fulfillment workflows.

• Experience in testing, building automated test scenarios, and validating business processes.

• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.

• Familiarity with Power Platform, integrations, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating business needs into technical requirements.
