We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Developer to join our client’s team and support the development, enhancement and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.

This is a great opportunity for a technically strong D365 F&O Developer who enjoys working on complex development projects and collaborating with functional and technical stakeholders across an international environment.

The Role

As a D365 F&O Developer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting custom solutions within the D365 F&O platform.

You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders and other developers to understand requirements, design technical solutions and deliver high-quality developments across the D365 F&O environment.

The role will be particularly suited to someone who is comfortable working with French-speaking stakeholders and can communicate effectively in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customise and enhance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Translate functional and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Develop using X++ and the D365 F&O development framework.
Work with functional consultants to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
Design, develop and maintain integrations between D365 F&O and external systems.
Develop and maintain customisations, extensions, reports and workflows.
Support data migration and data integration activities where required.
Investigate and resolve technical issues within the D365 F&O environment.
Conduct unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing.
Review existing developments and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
Produce clear technical documentation.
Support deployments and releases across D365 F&O environments.
Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting following implementation.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

Strong commercial experience as a D365 F&O Developer.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Strong X++ development experience.
Good understanding of the D365 F&O architecture and development framework.
Experience with customisations, extensions, integrations and technical solutions.
Experience working alongside functional consultants and business stakeholders.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with development lifecycle, testing and deployment processes.
Excellent French and English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote team.
