Location: Remote - Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai

Key Requirements: 

• Strong experience working as a Product Owner or similar role within ERP environments, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Good understanding of D365 F&O modules, processes, and capabilities across finance, supply chain, or operations
• Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business objectives
• Experience gathering, prioritising, and managing business requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior business and technical teams
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading product delivery cycles
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on business value delivery
• Excellent communication skills, including facilitation of workshops and requirement sessions
• Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure alignment between business and IT teams
• Experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects is highly desirable
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and their impact on system design and configuration
