Key Requirements:

• Native-level Polish language proficiency (mandatory) and good working knowledge of English for international collaboration
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), particularly Finance modules
• In-depth knowledge of core finance processes, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Cash and Bank Management
  • Fixed Assets
  • Budgeting and financial reporting
• Experience in full-cycle ERP implementations, rollouts, or support within D365 F&O environments
• Ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on system configuration, integrations, and data flows
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including user training and workshops
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while remaining a strong team player
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Wrocław, Poland for onsite meetings, workshops, or project phases
• Prior experience in manufacturing, retail, or complex finance environments is a plus
