Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience implementing and managing Workday HCM solutions.
- Proven experience leading Workday HCM implementations, enhancements and optimisation projects.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent or Compensation.
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security and reporting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Experience managing end-to-end Workday project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with HR, IT and senior business leaders.
- Experience leading testing activities, including system testing, UAT and issue resolution.
- Ability to mentor and support Workday teams, consultants and business users.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices within a global organisation.
- Experience managing Workday releases, system improvements and ongoing platform optimisation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
