Key Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of experience implementing and managing Workday HCM solutions.
  • Proven experience leading Workday HCM implementations, enhancements and optimisation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent or Compensation.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security and reporting.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Experience managing end-to-end Workday project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with HR, IT and senior business leaders.
  • Experience leading testing activities, including system testing, UAT and issue resolution.
  • Ability to mentor and support Workday teams, consultants and business users.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices within a global organisation.
  • Experience managing Workday releases, system improvements and ongoing platform optimisation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
